Safety & Maintenance Tips
Candle Care and candle burning is your responsibility, please burn wisely. For best results in burning your candle, keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch, allowing the wax pool to extend to the outside rim before extinguishing the flame. Wax has a "memory" so at subsequent burnings; the candle will melt out to the edge and burn evenly. Always place on a heat and stain-resistant surface. If glass becomes chipped or broken, do not continue to burn. Remove any foreign objects in jar before relighting. Never extinguish by placing the lid on a burning candle. Do not continue to burn when the wax content is less than 1/2 inch from the bottom of the container. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Cowtown Candles will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from us. Cowtown Candles is NOT responsible for damage or injury due to your lack of care and attention when burnng our candles. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product.
Check Returns
In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $35.00 fee.
Shipping Delays
Customer agrees that it will not hold Cowtown Candles accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are best estimates and in no case shall Cowtown Candles be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.
Sales Tax
Cowtown Candles is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of Texas.
Site Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product.
Applicable Law
